On Board for PD Success - The Energy Bus for School Leaders with Dr. Jim Van Allan *76
Dr. Mel Vandevort and Dr. Jim Van Allen discussed the Energy Bus for Schools program, a professional development initiative aimed at fostering positive school culture. Jim, as president of the program, explained how the program, developed in partnership with bestselling author John Gordon, promotes positive leadership and teamwork. The program is designed to be relevant and engaging, with a focus on five main principles, including creating a positive vision and fostering a positive mindset.
